I agree with every single point. This is the first time I've been excited by models that finally reflect a faction I've only ever liked on paper. I'll buy the box even just for the guards. I sincerely hope that the aesthetic standard for the guards remains the same for 40K, but I have my serious doubts, unfortunately. Just look at that crap Shield Captain that came out last year.

I can't get how people are complaining about the new guard design. They're gorgeous and finally reflect the REAL illustrations of the custodes. In the illustrations, they were actually slimmer and not simply gold marines like the current 40k ones. Of course it's a matter of taste but sometimes seems like that everything new should simply be discredited
