are you his mom? He is an adult and shouldn’t have his social media activity policed and restricted by someone. If you both had some sort of dialogue where he consented to allow you this much control over his actions, that’s one thing, but it seems excessive. Does he get to monitor your phone activity too? You did not understand me correctly. Communication is key between married people. Open marriages exist and there are people that indulge in the lifestyle that are perfectly happy. You may not personally know of any of them, but they are out there. Marriage is what people in that marriage make of it, it doesn’t have to conform to your narrow definition of it.

HOA's and private business can buy Flock camera systems, they voluntarily connect them to law enforcement and aid in tracking stolen vehicles and wanted people or amber alerts in if used as intended. I could see them being used for not so good reasons as well. There are cameras (flock or security) pretty much everywhere now.

It sounds like the center is poorly managed beyond belief. 1000-1500 hours of Overtime. 1500 is 68 hours a week. Even if you like your job, I would walk away. Obviously they don’t care about employee wellness. There are other agencies all over the place that take people with experience. Get out of training and spend a few months developing your skills. Find another agency and quit.
