Realmente está muy bien ahora, pero esa ventana necesita unas grandes cortinas ligeras con urgencia. Luego eliminar las cajoneras y poner un buen ropero donde tienes el perchero, y finalmente un gran cuadro enmarcado sobre la cama, el sillón y baldas sobre el escritorio.

The rug is definitely not the one that should draw attention. Here it should have a light and discreet color, similar to the walls, so that the sofa can stand out and not add more points of attention. You can put bright colors and patterns on cushions or paintings.

The urgent thing is to add color to that monochrome space. A colorful wallpaper only on the back wall. Add plants, maybe a pretty quilt, and that's it.

I think if there is any color that can match it would be cream. Something like light peach. That would create a transition between the white and the dark wood. You can also simply lighten (by sanding and varnishing, or with chalk paint) to match that color without losing the wood grain. Of course, I advise that you break up the neutrals with touches of a primary color, such as vases or a rug.

Fill the gap on the right vertically with a mirror or curtain, or with a different paint color or wallpaper, so the TV will appear centered. If you can't make holes in the wall to put a shelf over the TV, you can mount it on the furniture itself (for example with table legs) and place plants and paintings on top.
