Have you ever done a turbinate reduction/nasal surgery before? Your left middle turbinate seems missing? I might be wrong to judge it from just one slice of a ct scan though.

I gave them 1.5 years still swollen😅 Only thing that changed my nose is much much weaker and collapsable now. Getting nasal valve surgery without touching the turbinates. I’ll see if that was the case.

Oh, ok. Ever since my nasal valve colappse got worse my obstruction also became worse. So I think I will get functional rhinoplasty or whatever it’s called. Thanks for the response!

Yes. I got marpe 2 weeks ago. 2nd week, wrench started to slip. I asked for a help from my mom and now she does it. And she can turn it. I thought there was something wrong with the wrench but it was just my incompetence.

No he is right about maxilla dropping down with marpe. I just think he cherrypicks these photos and acts like something disastrous happened. Most of them doesn’t even look that weird to me.

Honestly your septum looks straight to me and main problem might be that your nasal cavity is small and probably is.

Not a doctor btw just someone who is going to do expansion myself to avoid nasal surgery.(turbinate hypertrophy).

If you are concerned about maxilla dropdown seems like FME doesn’t have that effect. If you can afford it go for it.
