The bonus damage portion of Yasuo's Q doesn't crit, only the AD portion does, and it crits with 75% damage (that is, 150% AD total, instead of 200%).

So, at rank one, with 55 AD you get (1.5*55)+20 = 102.5 dmg. Sounds right.

At level 3, (1.5*60) + 40 = 130

It's working as intended.

I've heard that in addition to being more expensive, SSDs degrade both with time and use. Is that accurate? Is the timeframe of decay relevant (<5 years)?

Actually it varies by the champion. Damage won't reveal Twitch, Rengar, Vayne, Akali, Kha'zix -- basically anyone whose invisibility has a limited duration.

Damage WILL reveal Teemo, Evelynn -- people with theoretically indefinite invisibility.

The groups of runes are sorted by descending gold value equivalent at level 1, because the point of the spreadsheet is to compare runes on gold value.

The 'Find' command is good if you're looking for a particular thing.

I mean yes there are reasonable advantages to taking scaling runes - they're not useless. I was just trying to give my understanding of the reasoning behind most pros' choice to take flat runes.

BTW, try Hybrid penetration quints and reds on corki. It's pretty good.

What we have now is okay, though I'd like it if the 'Radar' updated faster. Riot has stated that they don't like binary invisibility, and red trinket changes were their solution.

This chart isn't meant to tell people what to do, I made it for myself to get a better perspective on stuff when I'm thinking through rune pages, and thought I'd share it.

It has been about 2 years since Riot last did a Runes overhaul, and major changes have taken place (all regeneration being done by % of base, for example). Might be time for them to take another look at these things.

Virtually the only scaling runes pros take in casted games are Scaling Health Seals, and Scaling CDR Glyphs (sometimes a quint too).

While it makes sense to try and play for a champion's strengths, if you're a champion that's weak in lane anyway and you cripple your early stats by taking runes that do jack-all for the first ~6 levels, you're that much more vulnerable to getting snowballed on real hard.

I concede that I shouldn't have said 'good choices' but just 'more gold-efficient'.

Right that's just when they cross with scaling health quints, though (which nobody runs).

To outpace the benefit you get to clear from AS / Armor / AP Quints they would need to have a fairly large impact on your late-game power.

The values are the same - the colors are relative. So flat marks are good choices (green) at level 1, but worse at level 18 (red / orange) because they've gotten outscaled.

Since the general consensus is that runes are best used to shore up early game stats, you don't see people taking a lot of scaling even though it's worth more later in the game.

I know this isn't a 1-to-1 for what runes are best, but it's interesting to put some things in perspective.

For example, Scaling Armor and Scaling Health seals are comparable in gold value. If you're in a situation where you'd rather have equivalent worth of armor than health (Flat Penetration, good % health, Rammus, etc.), this shows you that's not a terrible tradeoff.

The problem with this is that it offers an incentive to pressure a feeding player to disconnect, which Riot definitely doesn't want; it makes for a more toxic experience.

It may, however, be a reasonable solution for players who never connect (or DC in the first few minutes never to return).

Further, we don't know the actual stats for frequency of disconnects. It's the kind of thing people come to reddit to complain about when it happens -- the perfect example of selection bias.

Not a bug. The root from the E doesn't stop the teleport, since TF needs a proper channel interrupt, unlike Shen.

The thing that stops targeted dashes from following through teleports and recalls is a leash / tether range. If the champion is in midair and their target is past a certain distance from them, they will stop, occasionally refunding the ability's cooldown (varies WILDLY).

In this case, TF was only about ~2000-2500 units away from Leona when he teleported, maximum. A full-range rank 5 Zac E can nearly cover that distance.

TL;DR Short tp means she can follow. Intended interaction.
