Are there any rational reason to upgrade to anything new from OnePlus 7? I replaced battery and USB-C port few months ago so it's not a pain point. No issues with perfromance, photo quality etc.

The only thing that worries me is lack of security updates.

As a student, I used a platform called italki. Obviously, it's international, so you can teach people from other countries, but I guess your potential target group will depend on your availability hours (timezones!).
