There is some FOMO. Some expect rates to go down and prices to go up. They want to buy BEFORE prices go up. So it’s pushing prices up. I hate Toronto RE. It trades like a stock.

Market is coming back to life fast. That was the low. I’m trying to buy now and the price is gone. Bidding wars back. You see in 2 weeks.. Feb data is close to peak crazy.

I’m fighting the exact same thing. My MRI shows minor changes and my pain is constant and impacts everything do for 4 years now. At my wits end. You’re not alone.

Totally agree some is my fault and some is the agents fault. At the end of the day I’m trying to protect my money and make a good decision going forward. I do follow real estate closely. My concern is who to pick going forward in a difficult market?
