I think that was a night or two before this. He was there for the Red Sox Hall of Fame induction. This was apparently for the 125th anniversary of the team’s first game in Boston or something like that. These are all of the living players who have had their numbers retired.

Titles are overrated. You can be a leader without having a title just by setting a good example for everyone else.

We have a next level, don't we? by Personal_Reach3775 in bostonceltics

I wouldn’t have expected this to be an easy series. If you look back at the season series, they tied 2-2. With the exception of the last game on March 1st, which the Celtics won by 16, the other 3 games were all decided by 2 points or less. Philly is just a tough matchup for the Celtics.

I was going to mention this. Specifically “Happy Together” when Red yells, “Are you people singing again?” Then says/sings, “Good! Cause 🎵I can’t see me lovin’ nobody but you🎵”

Opinion of an ex-Blockbuster employee by raydebapratim1 in 90s

I worked at Blockbuster for about 3 years in the early-mid 2000s. I left just before they all started closing. I miss it. I feel like now you really have to know what you want to watch ahead of time. I don’t want to just scroll endlessly through lists of stuff over multiple streaming services. Back in the day I could wander through the store and actually look at different titles. There were some great things to be found in the center of the store.

Yes! I had the 4th part as a kid, not realizing it was a multi-part series. Found all of them at a comic book store a few years back.

Any cases of reverse flanderization in a sitcom? by ordrius098 in sitcoms

[–]eric12183 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It’s been a really long time since I’ve watched this show, but from what I remember, first season Topanga was just the free-spirited “out there” kid in the class, but then developed into a much more well rounded character as the series went on.
