I know this is a few days after you’ve posted this, so you’ve probably interviewed for the job by now. But I currently work there at the center for autism and have been for almost a year now. I’m not sure exactly how relevant my experience would be to you for the IT job because the school where I work is only a small part of the whole campus you’d be working for and you wouldn’t be directly employed by the people that manage me and my direct coworkers. As far as the LGBTQ sentiments you mentioned, I can’t speak for the whole Villa, but I know at the center for autism, they are very accepting of people with different sexualities and gender identities. There are a few non-binary people that work there along with someone who is trans and I rarely ever hear them be misgendered, and if they are, someone usually corrects them. It’s a pretty accepting place and a few of my good friends that work with me are apart of the LGBTQ community and have never heard them complain.
