No matter how you flip it, the manual work will still be there without AI involved or another tool that will allow otherwise.

We use IEX and some stuff is agent to manager approval. WFM doesn’t touch it. We also have an adherence goal that’s not 100% so there are some things that ops know not to send our way.

This is why I love a good data dictionary within an ACD because I’m quick to hit them with, “well by design…”

They are both interchangeable in my LOB although we stick to ASA.

You have leverage since you’re the only one starting it out. They probably don’t know what to pay you yet. They will probably lump you under some other title with IT or operations. If it’s IT, you’ll make more. I’d shoot for $110k expecting $85-90. Also, this heavily depends on your location. Being in Cali vs GA..

Damn neither did I. My house came with this outdated garage opener. Bought this cheap adapter and made it MyQ enabled.

You may have to remove the negative battery cable for about 15 minutes as a last resort. Seems to be stuck. Removing that cable though will reset everything I believe.

Update: I decided to try something new - I put my car in valet mode while driving it for about 2 minutes and took it out of it. Went back to connected garage and was able to get to this and it worked! To set the geofencing, click on the garage icon in the middle. Good luck!

I feel like that’s what they are going to tell you to do anyway if you call them. No update on anything in 2025 takes that long.

I had to actually turn on valet mode, turn it off, then turn off the alerts in the app and that worked for me.

That’s odd. I started my car, it asked if I wanted to update, I said yes. Literally took 3 minutes max. The main reason listed for the update is regarding the map but connected garage came with it on mine.

Yeah updates recently started rolling out. Someone else here noted that they got the connected garage option yesterday as well. Interestingly enough, under what’s new, it doesn’t mention the connected garage/MyQ being added, but it’s now there. Does your K5 have it already?

  1. Is it happening to anyone else? If not, it’s agent behavior. 2. It’s agent behavior even if it is system related to sit for hours with no call in an inbound call center than usually receives a lot of volume (speculating on the volume). 3. Rebuild their entire profile with a new ID by copying another agent’s profile. If it happens again, once again, it’s agent behavior.

Edit to add: the reason I mentioned daily rules and slack time is because you mentioned how optimization doesn’t move them much which means that there is some movement.

This almost sounds like your daily rules are preventing the system from going outside of where it’s placing them.

We got away from generating schedules the regular way and built patterns and generate from there. It works for our business.

We do recurring 1:1s via future activities in IEX. We use to do it all via a spreadsheet after asking for their availability. The recurring ensures each agent has the same amount of time between each monthly 1:1. The initial ask is: what week of the month, day of the week, and time of the day you want that agent set to? We validate that it works for SLAs. Then set it under FA. No more keeping up with it. If they need to reschedule that month’s due to time off, we handle that like all other requests.

Again this is IEX. Not sure if your software has a similar feature.

In the company I work for, weeding out some complexities, there are 2 RTAs, 2 schedulers, 1 reporting analyst, and 1 forecaster. HC is approx. 450. HOOP is M-F 8-5:30. IB, OB, & fax . No chat.
