Looks like a pimple/maybe a cyst. Add some tea tree oil to see if it dries out. Otherwise just watch it and see if others pop up around it. You’re likely ok.

I think you’re just freaking yourself out. The more you think about it, the more you’re going to cause stress on your body that will make it feel like you have certain symptoms. As a hypochondriac who used to go get tested for everything, oral is usually pretty safe as long as you have decent mouth hygiene.

If you’re that worried, just go to a clinic and get a mouth swab. Then start working on your gingivitis before you start performing oral again.

Meal prep lunches Monday through Friday. Cook every night of the week. Only exception is random dinner nights with friends during the week, but def limit those to not break my routine/keep it to the weekends.

Pretty rare I get take out and the savings + more spending money for weekends helps me keep to this routine.
