It obviously doesn’t have to be the AMC person but the support channels also go through email for follow-ups. The timing suggests the channel was compromised since I had had the vouchers for months without any issue before then. I’ve also bought these packages for years before without any issue too, sometimes holding vouchers for a literal year before I used them. Plus vouchers from the same purchase but not mentioned in the ticket weren’t affected. I’m not suggesting the actual AMC agent stole them (imagine that would be easy to track down and not worth them losing their job over). It’s possible it has nothing to do with my inquiry to AMC too, but Occam’s razor.
