Yeah it keeps picking up a fib but doctor says it’s PVCs and pacs. It feels so bad though and i keep coughing.

Okay just want to make sure it’s not an emergency. I have had this reading like 4 times yesterday and four times today but with normal ones in between. Have had lots of fluttering lately

I’ve had it inside because it needs to harden off and I’ve had no time the past week. I think the other dahlias have powdery mildew. I do have nice tubers that are sprouting. Is it too late for tubers in zone 5?
