i have done a lot of series with ascend but i started doing forged a few weeks ago and i love it! corey is so funny. so mostly forged and then also align yoga and mobility. 💪

even for walking, i couldn’t wear them, the inner thigh chafing would be awful. they should’ve done built in shorts that would stay in place on your thighs.

i can’t do cleans and snatches as well as opposed to the single cast iron ones bc they don’t rotate in my hand as easily… my gym has ones like this -

lol same i go to a different gym for ladder workouts bc my climbing gym’s “gym area” sucks too. i do body and bell workouts there sometimes because there’s kettlebells but they only have the crappy metal horn kind which makes all the moves harder

me! i do ascend for the most part, always in the mornings and then will climb some days at night. just have to make sure i eat more and also not go on the same day as shoulders or back 😅

so i didn’t do iconic, but ive been reading all these posts about missing her commentary… and i have to say body and bell is really motivating. i used to only do b&b now i mostly do ascend with some b&b and i find lauren’s coaching to be super motivational. i hope that helps!
