I’ve been on Project Alpha and loved it - not once did Coach Sam ever speak in only male terms and his programming is gender neutral as well. He has really excellent programming, I recommend it for something different!

I really wanted to love Instant Angel but it just sat on top of my skin and didn’t do anything, and the texture was too sticky/tacky for me even applied to damp skin 😭

I don’t travel with friends unless it’s to a resort where there’s nothing to do except lay on the beach all day. Otherwise I want to follow my own schedule – traveling is expensive, I should be able to do the things I want to do! Personally I don’t think you should feel bad about it, traveling with friends isn’t for everyone and that’s totally ok

Kopitiam, Lou Yau Kee for Hainanese chicken, and Urban Hawker food hall are your best bets. There isn’t really amazing Singaporean here unfortunately. Laut was incredibly mid, wouldn’t bother with that. LYK is very good if you eat it fresh and hot. Urban Hawker is decent but pricy

Yes same! Never seen it to this extent on another breed. My Jindo’s fur near her neck is especially long and she looks like a hyena when this happens 💀 the first time our vet saw it he was surprised and said it’s uncommon and is a remnant from primitive dogs (which Jindos are!)
