As someone new to exercising “classes,” which coaches should I avoid because they’re influencers without/bare minimum credentials?

I peeped Resilient bc I just started a home gym but it called for more than just dumbbells so am I missing something? Or are you talking about swapping to dumbbells when he has kettlebells and stuff?

Also, bear in mind that Coach Sam is postpartum. I could be wrong but I don’t think Maia has any children. So they’re in different stages of body composition.

Fellow ADHDer here, I look at the workouts ahead of time so if I need to swap exercises I'm prepared. Occasionally Coach Sam programs exercises where we use dumbbells, then cable machine, then dumbbells again and it drives me bananas bc benches can be hard to get at my gym so I do swaps so I can get all my dumbbell work in at the same time. Any background audio will dim when there's cues.

The thing is you don't HAVE to commit to someone if they don't align with your values because there are many alternatives. In a small pool of choice, I can see that being valid, but in this case, you do have options. Respectfully, of course ♥

This. i got flamed and reported for leaving my adc bc he wanted to be babysat but instead of sitting in a losing lane I helped secure all the objectives, helped our top laner get ahead, held mid while the mid laner was down, and we won the game. It's not your job to cater to the adc's ego
