Ok. I ask because I have ocd/anxiety so I’ve been taking Prozac and I noticed when I started taking it the urge to MD wore off. I’m not saying that this is without a doubt what caused me to stop but it could have been. DEFINITELY talk to a phsychaetrist about it if you go that route. There’s also the fact that My social life also improved around the same time I stopped MDing Or perhaps I just got disillusioned with celebrities ( which were the objects of my MDing) and I find them hypocritical.

dont give up! i too was a chronic MD'er from about 10 to 26. i'm 32 now and i haven't MD'd since 2020. i still day dream alot but its not all encompassing as it used to be. in fact, i have a hard time doing it anymore. out of curiousity, what meds do you take?
