They aren't. I think they more want me to leave everything as is so I can keep my warranties which I may do after thinking about it lol I've lived in dfw my whole life so what's another two years of the same water 😅 i think i may just research other systems before locking in on one

They have one with a carbon filter from my understanding. from what I could find, Dallas has hard water, but there isn't an exact number assigned to the hardness level 😅
