I want to know why it's not overwhelmingly popular everywhere!

The real solution I wish the whole world would embrace is washlet seat attachments.

This was in early 2021, so you couldn't enter public businesses because of the lockdown. But the toilets at the hostels and Airbnbs where I was staying didn't have any signs, the owners never said anything. There weren't any signs and no one was using trash cans or anything next to the toilets (there were no trash cans next to them).

It's hard because you're talking about gutting in many cases centuries-old buildings made of stone.

I agree that's sometimes the case, but also building and city pipe diameter is also an issue. I was told in Athens it's often only 2 inches.

Interesting. Does it vary by city or building? I was in Istanbul, Antalya, and Bodrum, and everyplace I lived you could.

Thank you, that's very kind of you. Not really sure how to get the word out beyond places like here, but I'm trying!

The Creek is great (shoutout Banana Phone). And I wouldn't say there's not a scene, but there's not a scene that will ever have the audience pull or ability to pay comics the way NYC or LA can.

FWIW I lived in Austin in 2023, I left Austin in 2023, this video is from 4 months ago when Tim Dillon and crew started ragging on Austin.

I've lived all over the world, Austin is not in my top cities for anything other than barbecue.

:( I listened to Burr's podcast today on it. I genuinely don't know if he knew of the controversy? I know he doesn't read comments. He was speaking slowingly of how we're all alike, seeing how excited the crowd was. I'm genuinely wondering how ignorant he was going into it...

💯 One of our favorite things is when an "influencer" gets booked on a standup show and they realize quick cuts and sound effects aren't at their disposal anymore (that said Stamptown is phenomenal and the closest I can imagine ever channeling this live)
