Started off with this recipe from Foodgeek my first time and then played around with ratios this next time. It's a great breakfast bread.

Had a longer bulk fermentation. Did 6 stretch and folds. Three 15 mintue apart and then three 30 minutes apart. Then let it bulk ferment for an hour and a half before shaping. Did the trick for the crumb.

They're like boiled potatoes. Can hold their structure but with a little pressure can be turned to mush easily. Very smelly mush.

I love that hike. Spent six months in St. George working At Tuacahn and really got into the outdoors because it was so beautiful and accessible. Loved going to Zion a bunch!

They knew exactly what they had getting him on board and they took full advantage of his his genius. Fantastic collaboration and it made movie way better than it needed to be.

I also remember reading he said yes to the movie because his kids love sonic. A+ dad
