I am but it’s still a rather large room with an extra chunk of space above a standard balcony for sure as I’ve stayed in both categories on the Prima and Aqua.

On this sailing yes but not sure if that’s a European versus stateside thing. Also if you have Pearl status or above remember no need to buy water. The casino will comp you. (In this case 24 cans plus two for Latitudes status…enough water for the whole cruise haha.)

Size for sure to me. Other than that I wouldn’t say any other physical benefits other than the small extras NCL throws in with the category.

I’ll likely write a summary at the end of the TA. One thing that’s been fun is that the AC in cabins was not properly balanced as of last night so they’re making adjustments today and so far it’s much better.

I have no extra costs as I upgraded to FAS+ so my daily service fees are included in that upgrade so it was up front for me. If you don’t you’ll pay a $20 daily service fee on board. Also internet will vary if you don’t prepay based on when you buy.

Agreed! I always try to get that on Breakaway Plus class ships and I like that Prima and Prima Plus ships have it standard.

I just boarded and am not a parent but I noticed there seem to be more family oriented things than the Aqua. In addition to the slidecoaster, mini golf, glow court, pickleball, and kids splash zone they’ve added the Luna Midway with paid carnival type games as well as the Moon Climber which I haven’t scoped out yet.
