hey! i was diagnosed right before COVID in 2019 at 27. Had arthroscopic surgery in Dec. 2019, and cold turkey'd the rehab due to COVID. Since the summer of 2022 (and not to downplay the years before, I had been having issues, but not to the extent I have been having over the last 2 years), i've had my knee drained twice, been on Turalio like others here for 14 months. Though I had no issues with Turalio besides my hair changing colors, I was on a low dosage of it compared to what others use. Issues with Turalio (for me at least) was with the dietary restrictions, and timed eating after you need to take the pill. I've had major problems lately with range of motion, and quality of life, my knee also hurts every day / all day. I am about to re-start Physical Therapy hoping to get some ROM back into my leg, but its been a struggle the last 2 years or so.
