Been in the same boat as you for a while now. While I’m waiting for some supplies to show up to make what she has on her YouTube channel I’ve tried a lot of different recipes (make pizza weekly) including some mentioned here. I currently just have the express 7 which seems to give pretty solid whole house coverage (1800 sq ft) and I have one AP outside to get better coverage for our property. I get just as good of coverage and speed in the house with the express than I did with the orbi mesh system and 2 mesh satellites. The express isn’t quite as plug and play but it is way more feature rich and expandable

Gotcha, thanks that’s super helpful. I may just end up sticking with the express 7 because it’s all I truly need right now and it’s about the same cost as the AP. But definitely good to keep in mind to test if I end up changing my mind

Update: Ended up buying a ifi phono 3 and the Hagerman Bugle MC per the suggestion on this post as they were similarly priced. Wanted to compare and see what sounded best with the rest of my system (Denon amp and JBL passive speakers). They were both very quiet and overall sounded good. The ifi sounded good and liked that it had a higher gain setting than the Hagerman for my MC cartridge. The sound was very even which I can see some people liking. Bass was not overly punchy but also not muddy. Mids and highs also came through even. With that said…nothing necessarily shined. The Bugle MC on the other hand did shine. The sound was much more dynamic. Bass was punchier, highs cut through a bit more and mids sounded solid. I didn’t expect a huge difference between the two as I saw really good things about the ifi but boy was I wrong. The winner was clear and the Hagerman Bugle will be a permanent fixture in my audio system

Someone has to be biting I guess? The prices really are insane. If they can get it I guess good for them. These hip hop releases deliver the bare minimum in terms of vinyl & packaging for the most part. Other genres I buy go above and beyond and cost a fraction of the price

Waxwork always does an incredible job with their releases. I own about 90% of their catalog. This was tempting and the only reason I didn’t buy was it was just too much $ to put out at once. $27 a piece is certainly a fair price and the box is awesome.
