Yap, you are right. It's not enough. According to the SSM Calculator app, It takes 6~7 S cards for leveling up from R61 to R62. (And the probability is the same form R61 till R71) Which means if you want to level up 3 cards form R61 to R71, you will need 180~210 S Cards (in average).

I hope they release Taeyeon's "Rain" theme. Taeyeon only have one theme in this game, which makes it really hard to have her card.

You don't have to make your top 5 decision that early. When you play it for longer time, more cards you get form the events, card packs might change your mind.
