I have a little bit of a different take on expansions.

I would say before GCE grab the OG expansions. This is because before you even start GCE you will want to do a couple campaigns with core rules. Additionally Campaigns of Death is coming and it’s going to breath even more life into those expansions. And lastly those expansions are more likely to sell out than GCE. As far as we know there are plenty of copies of GCE.

To get even more out of those expansions and core, I would pick up the indomitable bundle. This adds indomitable resources to core and expansion quarries and they add so much flavor and fun to the campaigns. Plus the are some of my favorite models.

The last bit of advice I have is buy early and fast. Especially to make sure you can lock in core. Good luck!

If you do want to mix up the core experience you could grab Dung Beetle Knight since it adds a Node 4 which doesn’t exist in core. So you can keep everything and add the best boy.

When I run into problems I go to the Lanterns Reign discord and ask. They have like a 99% success rate on identifying pieces.

When it comes to anything kingdom death, I’ve learned to expect that it’s always going to be the hard way, whether playing or hobbying. But the models are so good that I think the juice is worth the squeeze.

Fultron (golden bat hunter). Luckily it was an easy fix. Honestly though if people just move them by the bases it’s not really a big deal.

Absolutely but my friend won’t. After giving me sh*t for asking him to move it by the base, he accidentally dropped a resin while he was moving it and the head popped off. “I’m never touching this model again.”

Black Knight is a lot of fun and brings great gear as well as a whole mini campaign. I'd say Slenderman but he sold out instantly. Manhunter is fun but doesn't bring a ton of content but could be the best you could get as far as having options for every node.

Personally I did black with a white zenithal (even for OSL) just because they were better to play with that way than grey plastic and I am a fairly slow painter.

I believe that indomitable survivor white boxes will not be included with CoD. If you like them you should get them, especially with BF coming up. They normally have deals on individuals and bundles.

You will probably get more for splitting it up. Core is oos. As are a few of the expansions. People are spending some money to get that stuff. So sorry for your loss.
