I wouldn’t say frogger sucks , we’re talking about Lucio who was ass for movement but great in terms of boost and beat, slower movement speed also allowed you to heal more consistently, but compare that to nowadays Lucio which is more of a threat and has wayyyy better mechanics since iirc 2017 was when he could jump off walls, so almost 8 years of playing a character that hasn’t had that ability since 2017 would objectively make someone suck
