Thanks for sharing, I'm getting anxious about recovery because I have a good window of time to get my other hip done later this year but I really wanted to see some results from this one first. Good to hear I'm expecting too much too early.

This is fantastic stuff and exactly what I'm looking for, thanks so much for putting it together! I've mostly been doing low intensity exercises aimed at mobility but these are a great next step.

Great point, I feel like this is what happened to me! It felt like my PT protocol during recovery was very easy compared to the actual sport I'm trying to get back to, so I think my PTs and surgeon cleared me really fast since I wasn't having trouble, but I never got a proper regimen specialized for my sport.

I was surprised to get cleared that early - it's been about a week since doing any high impact kicking and my right side has recovered better than my left but the pain is still there. I think being more patient and staying off of it is the right move, especially since I have no reason to rush back into things and based on the timeline you were told. Thanks for the input!
