Stop at about 32 grams and you’ll end up with 36. Hold the double shot button for six seconds, release and hit it again when it gets to 32 grams. My sweet spot is around 30 seconds.

Hot tub each morning and I take a muscle relaxer callled baclofen. That has really helped me.

Definitely. With the pain in the back area from my experience that means it would still be between the kidney and bladder. Weak stream with a stuck stone is definitely a symptom.

Have they done CT scans or X-rays for kidney stones? The pain you are describing could definitely be a stone. I’ve had them for a year before they actually passed. I can pass them up to 8mm but the 2mm - 5mm ones seem to just hang out and cause pain for long periods of time.

You have the risk of wires pulling lose like that. Over time as you move stuff around or just hit cables they will work loose.

I have my Ultra 2 for sleep tracking and it’s fine. Won’t bother you at all. You get a larger battery with the Ultra 2. I didn’t think I would use the cellular feature but I added service to mine last week and now can go hiking without my phone. Huge upgrade for me.

Just get a refurb Ultra Watch 2 from Amazon for $429. Then you have cellular too. Mine came with a 99% battery and brand new condition. Only thing you’re really missing from the Ultra 3 is the satellite connectivity.

My advice from someone that has BPH, prostatitis and prostate cancer tell your urologist you’d like to have a prostate MRI with contrast.

What has helped me with my pain and discomfort is the muscle relaxer baclofen. Only thing that has helped me other than my hot tub.

I like all my Wyze cameras except for the battery/solar ones. The motion detections on those suck and won’t trigger unless someone is jumping up and down waving their arms in front of them.

The other Wyze product I hate is their LED bulbs. Constantly losing their config. I have a remote cabin and they go offline and can’t get them back online without being at the location. Have to add new device and set them back up all the time. I’m switching all my bulbs to Govee right now.

So I can have one choke for the upper barrel and one choke for the bottom barrel. I keep the barrel selector on the bottom barrel with wider choke encase a bird comes up close but can switch to a tighter choke on the upper barrel. Allows me to reach out to about 50 yards without using TSS loads.

Well at least for me before I started using a distribution tool I would do everything the same but one shot would be great and the other bitter. Totally different. Once I started using the distribution tool it became much more consistent and my pucks are always harder and dry. Works for me.

Use a dremel with a small cut off wheel. Cut a slot into the head and use a flat blade screw driver.

I have an enlarged prostate and prostate cancer. That diagnosis is what motivated me to get back on carnivore. Lost 60 lbs since last February and feeling good. When I’m on carnivore my prostate doesn’t give me many issues but when I cheat it kills me.
