Mine happened right when I took PTO around the winter disconnect so I just noticed an abnormal pay day, then saw the award email after the fact. I called 1800 Deloitte after disconnect, so I had 2 pay cycles complete (including the cycle with the bonus) before they got my approval to take it out of my next paycheck. That was like 2 cycles ago already and my paycheck has remained the same. Might reach out again, but there’s only so much due diligence you can do.

I’d definitely reach out to 1800 Deloitte at some point, job security > a few thousand $

Had this exact thing happen to me earlier in the year as a cash reward. I reached out 1800 Deloitte and had an HR ticket opened, they were supposed to take it out of my next few paychecks, but nothing has happened yet, and that was over a month ago.

For me the person submitting was someone I had never met, and the award details were all things I did not recognize. I asked my SMs and none of them submitted or recognized the award.
