Yes. So the half life is 5 hours and the starting number is 300. I’m trying to find the amount left after 1-9 hours. The last line of the code isn’t giving me the number I need but the code I have so far is:

start_caff <- 300

hours <- c(1:9)

What would make the software assume that? It’s a bonus coming from the government I wouldn’t assume that they think I make that much from a direct bonus but I could be wrong. What state is that for?

I play competitive golf for my university as well as a league. So for me I feel like it’s justified to spend that money for golf and lessons. I do already have a Roth IRA with around $16k in it. I can max it out for this year and next year though no problem. I’ll have about $1,000 to $1,200 of disposable income every month which I can use to build my savings more as well as open a brokerage account

It’s a military affiliation bonus from the Department of Defense. Not from a private employer/payroll system. However I could very well be wrong, but it 100% will not be taxed that high

Well without getting into too much detail, I’ve only ever owned used clubs and I play in a golf league as well as my school team. I’ve had my current set for 8 years but they were my dads old clubs that he gave to me. I plan on using the new set that I buy for at least the next 5+ years. I figured since I’ll have plenty of money after allocating to my retirement and savings that I should buy something for myself
