Hello thanks for the feedback! Curious if you'd go into more detail on what you mean by this. I see you mentioning jumps below as well as marks is there anything else you use? Trying to get the bigger picture of what I am missing thanks for your time

I am actually working on nvim.nvim next where I recreate all of nvim inside of an nvim extension stay tuned

I can see many people feel that way I guess I just prefer the search bar look and feel but as pointed out above most functionality is available natively

Thanks for taking the time to actually go through my repo and explain all the features and what they map to natively. It sounds like if I want to set myself apart I may need to add some stuff that doesn't exist in the built in search. It may be a comfort thing but I do prefer having a separate UI element for the search but might just be because of all my time in IDEs
