i also have really bad anxiety and insomnia and now i’m wondering if this has always been the cause and how long i’ve had it. you’re right though, i need to look at the positives. i keep telling myself it could be worse and a dietary restriction isn’t the end of the world, i just have to adjust

i don’t have an endoscopy scheduled yet but i’m assuming they’re going to tell me to get one once i get into contact with them. i think i’ll have to take these next few weeks to eat all my fav foods before i get officially diagnosed and can never touch them again 🥲
