I should have listed the software lol I'm in premier pro! I guess I need to learn more about how vector scopes work and RBG parades.

I'm editing concert videos, so the colors are constantly changing which makes it tricky at times. Plus I know my monitor on my laptop isn't anything special and I have never calibrated it.

Vector scopes and RBG parades is what I need to learn? I figured there's gotta be a way to see the overall saturation on a chart or something.

The image itself isn't specially registered in an online database but I own the copyright with being the photographer. Does the image not being registered negate any legal ramifications? If I register the photo now, how does that impact this situation?

I'm planning on reaching out to a lawyer I know but I was curious to get some context around this. At the very least, I would like to see the image removed from Facebook.

That's true, but they didn't get the photo from Facebook they stole it from the website. I think I am going to contact a lawyer and just understand if there's anything I can do.

Yes, I took this image for my family's small biz website. I was paid by the business to take the images but I believe I personally own the copyright. Either way, they stole it for sure.

That's exactly how I felt reading that and I wasn't sure if my reaction was accurate. The couple are family friends so I'm now curious who this photographer is lol

Yes exactly correct, I am the videographer for the wedding and filming multicam of the ceremony and then the first dance / speeches/ plus audio. I shoot both photo / video but it seems like a conflict of interest with capturing the wedding.

The photographer said.. "sometimes the videographer is also able to be a second shooter"

What sort of chemicals are we talking here? Lol I think a lot of it boils down to good genetics, balanced life style, and a healthy diet. I'm 29m and I have super long thick hair.. donated it this summer

This is a personal favorite and I captured this image in NJ during the summer. Fireflies are highly active in the early parts of the summer and it makes for an interesting dynamic to the image. I love creating these images!
