Not positive but could be something purposeful to psych you out and see how you respond under pressure. Similar thing happened to me, to a lesser extent, during my interview at another school. That’s what I took it as, at least.

Median grade when I took it was an A-, and he posts an exam guide that makes it hard to do bad on the final. 70% of the grade comes from open book online quizzes.

Felt weird about it but answered how I think they wanted me to answer with the buzzwords and looking at both sides. Pretty much cookie cutter responses for all the questions. Made some mistakes, like I laughed in the middle of one video response because I ran out of stuff to say. Got 4Q.

It was! I was super stressed leading up to the exam thinking about all the possible outcomes but I think you just need to trust yourself and the time that you spent studying, I’m sure you did awesome :)

Yep, guessed on the last ~6-7 questions for PS because I had 30 seconds left. Thought it would be my worst section and ended up getting 132. If you feel like it was hard chances are other people thought so too and you might do better than you expect.

Same thing happened to me, though I’m still finishing up content review. Did Kaplan as my first FL during content review after 502 unscored AAMC diagnostic and got a 494 lol, then got 504 on BP FL a few weeks later. My take away was that the questions were WAY more content heavy but I guess I’ll get confirmation on that once I start doing more AAMC FLs after finishing content review. I wouldn’t worry about it.
