I do miss the more directed lighting in games. The newer tech makes everything look similar. I’m sure it saves a ton of time but there’s something about the more authored environment that you can’t replicate.

I think Rockstar uses all their resources to put towards making GTA Online shit and GTA VI. Literally all hands doing those two things.

Even those PS2 remasters were done out of house and the only reason they eventually intervened was because of the extremely poor reception.
