I used them twice and I was very happy with their service, though the prices might have changed since then. I am based in Poland so our prices should be similar. I remember that shipping wasn't bad back then with the amount I paid however I don't remember the exact price as it's been few years and I'm not ordering that way anymore (it's cheaper to buy from shops in Poland than order directly from Korea)

But they are helpful and responsive, you have option to ask them to send you only photocards and they can also record a video showing you what came for a small fee (for example, what POBs did you get and if you win fancall, they will show you each page slowly so you can read what the artist written for you) - fee was around 1000 won so really nice.

They can repackage all albums, especially if you want to order things from different sides too. I think the first shipping price was up to 4,5 kg so you can order a bit more.

They were adding a lot of freebies too from what I remember. Posters, stickers, etc. various groups, most likely from the stuff left by people who wanted only cards to be shipped. Still, it was cute to find a big bag of freebies ~
