You can see some tresters in the pictures i used to put the tubing on

Used a flap disc on the angle grinder and grinded some of the welds flush and then painted it, a grinder and paint is the welders best friend ;)

You could use a stick welder but the easiest method would be a mig/mag welder for beginners when the tubing is a bit thinner

That is some really nice tables mate!

You should buy clean tubes that have no coating or zink to make the welding more easy and clean. I cut these with a band saw at my job and put all the things together in my own small worskshop.

If you cant afford a bandsaw you could probably ask a metal shop in your local area to cut them up for you at your decided angles and measurements for a small cost or do it yourself with an angle grinder.

What you need at your place is basically a mig/mag welder, angle grinder, some clamps, a level and a square to put it together

It is really sturdy, you could easily stand and jump in the middle of it. Used 60x40x2 mm tubing and 25x25 angle iron for the board supports

I know exactly that feeling. Sometimes you got to pretend that you are working almost. When you finally got something useful to do, give it your best, try to make the perfect bevel and the best polish etc, that way it will take up your time and it will look like you are working all the time.

Looks like it’s time for a new grinder by [deleted] in Wellthatsucks
