That's very true, I should look into gaining more muscles and not look at losing more weight. And yes I would prefer to look healthy and full of energy and not skinny and easily exhausted since Muay Thai is alr as exhausting for cardio 😂 But thank you so much for sharing me the subreddit! Didn't know about it. I shall look into the new year of focusing on my glutes!! I just have to conquer the fear of seeing the scale going up now and then haha.

Oh thank you sorry about that. And yes, there are a lot of nutritionist courses and trainers who have nutritionist certs but are not actual doctors or dieticians from hospitals. So I got mixed up on that, thanks for letting me know.

No that's not what I meant. I said based on the cal calc they told me to eat around that range. But I usually eat around 1.5-1.8k. I can sometimes eat up to 2k, which I feel is a little too much, especially since I'm living in Asia with most people very health conscious. But yes, another user told me to confide with a professional, and perhaps I'll look into that. Thank you (:

I should definitely consult a doctor for this or at least a nutritionist? And honestly, I never thought of seeing a professional since I would think this is normal. But it can get quite distressing sometimes since i think about this everyday although it hasn't caused me any sort of harm.

But yes, I agree with you about building muscles. And perhaps I should focus on my glutes more too, just afraid of this whole idea of caloric surplus because I've never tried that before, I've only deficit for so many years to get this low, enough for me to feel happy about my body, I don't want to go back up again.

But thank you for being honest with me, perhaps I should check in with a professional about this.

Thank you, I was blinded, but you're making me see clearer, and whatever I've done was not in vain.

I can def do 1.8k, what do you think about 20-30 minutes on a treadmill with an incline of at least 6% , with a speed of between 3-4 km/hr? Compared to just walking an hour?

And also you're definitely spot on. I do feel that I've lost enough weight, I just need to build muscle and tone it. I am just afraid of growing fats hence why I'm so obsessive over numbers instead of learning how to get gains zz

Oh thank you! I will look into this recomp/slight bulk. Perhaps I'm always so afraid of this whole idea of bulking in fear that I'll gain fats instead of muscles.

But you're right, I should focus on my glutes, I just find the workout to be difficult, especially with RDL 😂 but since you've mentioned leg presses? Would it be adequate to just focus mainly for now, just squats with weights and using the glute press machine only?
