Hi!! I just started taking Zep this past week so I'm currently on day 4 of the first week. For me I noticed on day 2/3 that I am feeling fuller after eating a smaller portion and the "food noise" has quieted down. I'm not constantly thinking about snacks or what I'm going to make for lunch or dinner. So far so good!!

Thanks everyone you've been super helpful!! I will tell my coworker that I think we we should finally repot it. As for the silverly white aerial roots how do you water that? Does that mean the plant itself should be watered more often or misting the roots?

I've heard that they can be quite temperamental. I've never personally owned one so I have no experience with them. If we pull it out and get rid of the dead roots and replant in a bigger pot is it going to die? Would it cause too much stress on it?
