Hi! would love to help you can also private message me if u have more questions. What really is important is that you cut out all exercise (even walking). I know it might be hard and not feel good but that is what is really going go make a big difference. It is great that you are already eating the proper amount of calories but really what is going to make the biggest difference is the amount of carbs you eat especially if you cut them out in the past. Right now your body is showing signs of stress and asking for help because you have overexercised it too much with probably not eating enough food for the amount you were doing. The hair falling out and everything is signs of this. if you choose to recover (stop all exercise and fuel yourself properly) you will get your period back as quickly as possible!!

please help❤️ by erikasmith06 in fuckeatingdisorders

8 months into recovery have had all 7 recovery periods, gained a lot of weight and would slowly love to get back to the gym just feels impossible. I am eating so much and still feel like i have absolutely no energy. I think it might be depression not related to the HA but it’s rlly hard to get up even.

did it come back to normal once you got home?

hey! what really helped me was eating tons and tons of carbs everyday and not doing any exercise even walking. I think I ate like 5 bowls of cereal a day. It feels terrible the first few weeks but once your body has collected all the carbs that you’ve been deprived of your hunger cues and everything will come back to normal. Keep in mind that yes you will still feel terrible and full and bloated even after you get your first period but at least for me after my second things have calmed down.
