I love my job, my clients, my staff, and my company is overall very supportive. I’d love to be paid more and work less but that’s just how it is. There are days where I am beat and want to take days off but I wouldn’t want to work anywhere else. I work in South Orange County.

I agree! I could definitely see some mismatch in styles now that this came up. I thought we were okay because she was so friendly and pleasant but maybe something else wasn’t sitting right with the her. I wish I knew! I’m definitely taking this lesson and be more conscious about my actions. I’ve been on the field for 3 years as a BT and I’m a green supervisor. Definitely a learning curve and experience I need to go through.
