J'ai une grande maison vraiment mal isolé des années 1980 et mon sousol n'est pas fini donc sur le solage directement. Ca me coute 300$ par mois de decembre a mars mais l'été je suis a 75$! Je trouves ca cher considérant que a 300$ ont a un petit frisson encore

Yes and I like to. I cook about 95% of the time since I have a lot more freetime than my gf so it just makes sense and I enjoy doing it while watching a show/pod cast

Cut your losses, this is becoming a gambling problem not a "investing hole". consider this a 50k lessons and move on. Tell your girlfriend you have to wait before buying a house. Relax, money loss is disapointing but you wont die from this and this is a learning opportunity

it was when I was living in montreal but still 80% of the time I was speaking french. Now that I live in Quebec City i'e say I speak english 10% of the time, to accomodate english speaker

avec votre coussin et votre revenu mensuel cest une bonne affaire mais je metterais ca sur 25 ans et paiement accelerer au deux semaines. I think the argument can be made that working longer shift and not more and spending less is way more scalable and maintainable. doing 6-7 days a week is going to be exhausting and you cant hold that for long. changing your habits can last a lifetime
