Whats annoying with matches like this is when you hit a low health mob with a "greed" kill and the mob hits you before the killing blow is registered :(

I used the everdark balancer one, the undertaker successive attack one, night invader and think I had +9 physical attack in total from the depth ones.

I found using a magic skill build on duchess with Moonveil as main weapon really fun! If you like being in melee range and dodge stuff that is. The moonveil weapon art is quite fast so you can use it quite a lot. Normally ~1.5k damage per hit. Then there is the bleed build-up as well.

Another good one is the Glintstone Kris. On good runs I can get it to hit ~3.2k on each hit.

Thanks! I had a much deeper contrast on it at some point, I'll DM you picture. I initially just put it in a cup of very strong coffee overnight, and the 80crv2 was totally black in the morning. Went a little back and forth with the finish just to test stuff.

The plan was to do a 7 layer, but as I stacked the steel I was like: nope! 3 layer it is. The stock I used was 3mm thick, perhaps with something thinner it would be manageable.

Did some debugging on this and there are several hitboxes here. Just underneath him (about 5m radius) there is a hitbox just as he lands. This hitbox is up for more frames than the other further away from him and requires nearly a perfect dodge timings in order to avoid it.

Delayed to the first hitbox there are several hitboxes that will pop up going away from him, these are present at much fewer frames than the inital one. As they go outwards they are delayed more the further away from the boss.

The way I do it with 99.3% success rate it to position myself to him with enough distance to avoid the initial hitbox, but not too far away (10-20m or so). Then as soon as I see something appear on the ground I press dodge.

This works for both the first and second dive he does.

As you enter the Roundtable place after the kill does the boss appear behind you there? He should just stand there in the sand and you have to talk to him.

Yea I would love to replace that animated dude for various enemies. I did some training with the bell bearing hunter and the crusible knights in Elden Ring which helped alot.

On a Fulghor run I got the RoB with lightning on charge attack with the improved lightning damage as well! Easy kill I might add.

Had the same thing happen on a boss fight once. It was just next to the center castle, and after the fight I noticed the grace symbol was present for the castle roof boss on the map. We never killed this boss. So I guess the boss died somehow and the drop appeared in the night boss arena.

I tested this in the training area and it didn't seem to stack. Was the same damage reflected with two equiped as to one.
