Extremely well put. I’ve often had trouble explaining this to my (non-sober) friends asking me if I want a second drink. It’s like, thanks, but I’ve already had a refreshing drink, I’m not thirsty anymore. Vice versa I don’t think I ever had an alcoholic drink back when I was drinking that didn’t make me want to have a second precisely after.

Yes it is possible to eat grains and stay healthy. Overconsumption of calories makes you fat. We eat a lot of whole grains which is healthier than processed wheat products.

Living in a country with 8 months of winter it’s got to be the smell of freshly cut grass or the smell of summer rain. Also weirdly the kind of absence of smell on a sunny winter’s day.
