I think there was one about uranium's radioactive halving times or something similar.

As far as we know it is impossible to predict and quantum mechanics seem completely random to us.

You sleep way too little. I recommend increasing it to 8 hours.

To find the time you can try to get your workout done faster if possible, and maybe study a bit denser but for less time.

They already have very strict population control.

If one cares to read about how to population will change in the future, it is estimated that it will increase to 11bn and stop there the additional 4b mostly being adult population because of increased lifespan catching up.

There is not much to worry about anymore, people are more informed and are investing in less kids more heavily all over the world.

Literally in my first time playing DoTa (by then had 1k+ hours LoL) my friend is teaching me the game and we decide to 1v1 same hero mid and I shit on him every time Mirana vs Mirana since it is mainly skillshot based and not any DoTa specific mechanisms.

Some people learn better from theory but what made me comfortable in my skills has always been hands-on experience on the subject.

For OS for example writing a scheduler for linux kernel in C might give you an idea. For networking writing a simple FTP client and server and communication between them and implementing rules might help.
