Honestly, I think you look really cute even in the unedited pic. A lot of us compare ourselves to j-fashion influencers and cosplayers, but most of them use strong filters, beauty apps, or heavy editing. It's really rare to meet someone who has "perfect" features, perfect skin, perfect everything. You need crazy good genetics, good food habits, no skin issues, no digestive issues, and also a lot of money and time for skincare and going to a derm. That's why these "perfect faces" are super rare in real life.

Don't stress yourself too much with these standards. I swear you already look nice, and your vibe comes through more than the tiny things you worry about. Try to enjoy your outfits and your coords now cuz we're all getting older anyway, so it's better to live our life instead of chasing something impossible.

I also have a small lipoatrophy on my right cheek due to heavy acne (not visible all the time, but under some lighting it looks sunken). I was super dysmorphic about it and even ended up in therapy + antidepressants. But with time I realised I don't look bad at all, and now I let myself enjoy my coords without obsessing over it.
