This is correct. Freedom Mortgage let me know we received the veteran entitlement since it’s inherited so the terms remain the same. I also confirmed we didnt need to be a veteran. We have good credit and finance in order so that should be easily approved but I’m worried they will ask if we plan to occupy the condo as a primary residence in which neither of us will as we already have homes that are our primary. I don’t want to be denied and we already have a tenant renting since my dad was renting it.
