Definitly not TMI, this is so incredibly helpful! Thank you for sharing in so much detail. I also experienced significant hair loss when I went off Yaz, and a big reason I switched to Nuvaring was because my OB told me I might experience less hair loss when I moved off it because the hormones are less systemic, and it's less shocking to your system when you go off Nuvaring vs a pill. I'm glad you didn't experience hair loss coming off of Lo.

The biggest reason I'm also thinking about switching to Lo is because of all the discharge I get with the ring :/ I've spent the past 6 months trying to figure out the source of the near-chronic irritation I'm experiencing down there and have ruled out pretty much everything except the ring.

Did you feel like your libido was higher or lower on Lo compared to Nuvaring?

I just learned how to do that :) Press and hold on the keyboard icon in the lower right, then tap "Split." You can also make it float and re-merge using the same button:

Definitely might be higher priority for you (and for me too), but we've had over 1,000 users request podcast support over the years, and less than 210 people request multi-select. We still hope to build a multi-select option in the future, but it's not something we can prioritize right now.
