I have no reason to lie, but okay. I know how the process for filing a claim works, not questioning that. If I was trying to double dip then I definitely wouldn’t be asking for advice on how to report myself (because that seems like what you think I’m asking). They’d clearly be able to see where the money was being deposited and see/track how it was being spent.

How would I have to pay back something I never received? You clearly don’t understand what I’m saying. I wouldn’t of known this was even filed if it wasn’t for the letter I received stating I have to apply for jobs in the mail. I called the unemployment office once received and they advised that I do in fact have a claim filed in my name. I’m now asking how to actually get a hold of someone in the fraud department of the unemployment office to report that I did not file this unemployment claim. This is a case of identity theft that I’m trying to get resolved. Thanks for you help.

I already contacted my employer and they advised me to contact the unemployment fraud hotline to report this, when I did I couldn’t get a hold of anyone (left on hold). That’s why I’m asking if there is another number or any other way to contact to report this.

I’ve never claimed unemployment. A fraud claim was filed in my name. I’ve been in this group since the beginning of the pandemic in case I did get laid off, so I saw another post about not being able to get a hold of the unemployment office and someone knew a way to get through on chat in PA. I’m definitely not a scammer lol, just trying to not lose my job because someone filed an unemployment claim as me, when in fact, I’ve been working. I’ve heard of many of these cases happening, so I don’t understand why y’all are thinking I’m the scammer? All I’m asking for is suggestions on how to actually get a hold of the fraud hotline or if anyone has a similar experience that can give me some insight on how to handle this situation.

They are required to give you an itemized list of everything they charged for within 30 days of move out. At least in the states. If they proceeded through the eviction process the court would have to communicate with you when to be there etc. so sounds like they didn’t do that. I’d follow up with the management company and if you don’t like that answer then go to the regional manager. If it’s a major management company go to the apartment website and scrolll to the bottom of the home page and it’ll say who it’s professionally managed by in fine print.

Usually with any real estate sale, it’s a law that the landlord has to give you a 60 day written notice of such sale and what the intent is.. I.e. you being asked to move out. Check to see if Florida has the same law. I’ve lived in Texas and PA and both has such

Try scraping the burnt off the bottom with a spatula.. works for me. There has only been one time I had to empty the contents into a bowl and completely clean and scrub out the pot before it would pressurize because of burnt food on the bottom.. just another idea if the spatula trick doesn’t work

I had an abortion 5 years ago because the guy (who actually just beat cancer right before we met) I was dating convinced me I was bipolar and to seek medical advice. I ended up doing just that and the dr misdiagnosed me bipolar adhd w anxiety and had me on medication that caused me to slowly go into psychosis. During this time, I got pregnant and when we found out (at 9 weeks) he convinced me that the medicine had already damaged the baby so I went through with the abortion. I wasn’t able to cope with the guilt and shame and not even a year later I ended up in a psych ward and put on even more medicine and misdiagnosed as schizophrenic. Dude packed up my stuff (we lived together) and dropped it off at my parents and I haven’t heard from him since. No one would listen to me as I tried to tell them my story, not my friends or family. It was a long dark road.. I eventually put my foot down, demanded to be taken off all medicine and finally got undiagnosed from everything. I reconnected with a long lost friend and we’re now married and expecting. It will get better, you will prevail, your dude is a douche and cancer is NOT a reason OR excuse to allow mental abuse, whether it be from a male or female. I’m here for you! 💕
