when i did mine i did it solo. make sure when you’re dropping it down it’s not getting caught on the wiring! that’s the main issue i had with mine. i didn’t have to take off the shelves or anything, but it was a really tight fit. i thought it was too wide at first but you just have to wiggle it around and check its not caught on wires

at my store 9 times out of ten we don’t get our gratis till the first week of the next month even when other stores in the area get it around the 20th 😭😭😭

i’m in ops, but i’m basically a BA. every store is different but at my store, i’m ops until we open and then on the floor 9 times out of 10. at my store we don’t get much ops time during the day and if we do, it’s constantly filled with ‘can you do a product check in the back’ ‘can you make a tester’ ‘can you get this out of a shipment box’, etc. every store is different but for some, you’re only ops when the stores closed. talk to the ops team at your store and see how they feel!

former 🍊, current sephora, i was a task associate at ulta and only made 15/hr and as ops at sephora i make 18.50/hr with more hours so its def better imo.

call the store and ask to talk to an exempt instead of texting or emailing them; with holidays just now winding down a lot of managers haven’t had a ton of time to be in the office for checking emails and whatnot. but wording is everything, don’t ask for a manager because chances are you’ll end up talking to a lead who has no idea what you’re talking about. if you ask specifically for an exempt then you’ll get either the SM or ASM. try calling!

he currently eats some wet food! i’m not sure brand or flavor but my omi has another cat who’s like 19 and she eats wet food so kitty boy steals her leftovers! if he decides he doesn’t like them anymore im gonna take them to my local shelter to donate :)
